The coach
Hugo M. Wijtmans moved to New Zealand in August 2006 from the Netherlands with
his wife Inge and their three children. Hugo is passionate about his work and
has lots of fun working as a coach and consultant within all types of
organisations. He is a confident counsellor and coach because of the successes
he has had working with individuals and teams.
Hugo has 20 years of
experience in high level management and leadership roles (in tourism, temp work
agencies and recruitment businesses) and his background is in teaching and
Jungian psychology. Hugo also ran his own training and coaching company from
1999 until 2006 in The Netherlands. In this role, Hugo embraced the daily
challenge of matching his clients' needs with practical solutions.
Helping people, teams and organisations in their growth is Hugo's ambition.
Through the years, Hugo has realised that people love to learn as long as this
process happens in a pleasant and accommodating way.

People are continually learning, and Hugo is excited by what clients take away from
sessions with him and what he learns in the process. Hugo confronts new learning
experiences every time he works with new people. Learning gives him energy and
satisfaction in his work and he's grateful to his clients and to the people he
works with!
